Women’s Health

The idea of launching the sister to Men’s Health had been considered by Rodale for over ten years. This was a branding challenge — we had to keep the brand on target, yet develop the unique voice and style of the new Women’s Health. Much like its brother magazine, Women’s Health is a bible of service journalism. It is a magazine about real life, with real challenges and real accomplishments. The magazine breaks all the rules when it comes to women’s magazines: no fluff and patter, no lightweight advice. The design and photography are bold, multi-layered and decidedly not just “pretty.”
